Viet Anh Mon :: Program

The technical program of Viet Anh Mon include initially the study of the main techniques and of quyen (forms) of three styles: the Binh Dinh, the Thai Cuc Duong Lang and the Thieu Lam Chu Gia. In this way, in the first years of practice, the student can understand the different types of fighting strategy in medium and short distance.
Subsequently, the practicing approaches to the study of the styles Bach Mi, Vinh Xuan and to the "inner" aspect of Thai Cuc Duong Lang, to go deeper in the knowledge of the fighting strategies in short distance.

In Viet Anh Mon the training of every single style is carried on with respect of its peculiar characteristics: only in this way you could have a key to understand the "language" through which that particular style is shown, the way to use the energy and the particular fighting strategy that distinguish every style. Only in an advanced stage you could reinterpret the quyen (form) of a style, varying the positions and adapting the techniques to a strategy characteristic of another style.
